Mr. Mourges – a board certified tax attorney* – focuses his legal practice on the representation of individuals and businesses facing complex financial issues. Mr. Mourges has achieved significant success for domestic and international clients in civil matters involving the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities, criminal investigations and enforcement actions pursued by the Department of Justice and state regulators, and financial disputes between businesses and competitors, vendors, owners, and employees.
