Michael has honed his skills over several years of practice, specializing in navigating the complexities of tax law and resolving disputes with the IRS, State, and local tax authorities. Michael also has a comprehensive understanding of corporate law, having worked in the management of both for-profit and non-profit (501(c)(3)) organizations. His knowledge and experience allow him to adeptly handle legal and tax-related challenges faced by diverse businesses and to provide strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Michael is also available to assist clients with the preparation, revision, and execution of necessary estate documents. With a meticulous, strategic, and empathetic approach, he ensures that clients receive personalized guidance on the management of affairs both during life and after death.

Outside of practicing law, Michael is on the Board of Directors of a non-profit community theater. He enjoys various artistic pursuits and is a devoted husband and father.
